The FACTREE CD …..This CD was compliled using the origional 45′s that are the only remaining source for the two 45′s… Kaleidoscope and Something called love from the Factree on Sparton Records…………….Suzie Q and See to your neighbour From the TREE on Canland relase. The CD serves as the LP that never was..using the origional cover art from the LP cover!!,,,,also included is a Version of Something called love with a wicked Psychedelic ending that differs from the Sparton 45 version (way too cool!! )… recorded at the timmins radio station 1967.. There is a version of I’m a man recorded at the same Canland 45 session..For that real Garage rock further included are two practice demo songs actually recorded in the garage 1967.. This cd has a nice booklet with two nice photos and songlist inside.. the back page of the booklet has a live photo of Factree/Tree playing in concert 1969 (Spencer Davis Show).. There is the compleate explaination of the song cuts and where they derrive from.. This Cd is meant to compliement your collection if you have the origional 45′s and want the extra unleased tracks and photos,, If you do not have ,or unable to play origional records or tape ,,,here it is ready to go in a new format.
